Ferrcos and Santos Dénia have participated in this beachfront housing project in close collaboration with the renowned studio Jaume Pastor, in charge of the interior design.

From the beginning, the inspiration of the maritime environment has been the protagonist in the design of this house, and this is reflected in every detail, thanks to the creative vision of the Jaume Pastor studio. One of the highlights is the careful choice of tiles and sanitaryware for the bathrooms, in different shades of blue and white with decorative elements such as wallpaper with marine motifs that contribute to reinforce the thread throughout the project. In addition, in this house have also recovered mirrors and furniture restored by the customer thanks to its history and charm, infuse character and personality into the final design. It has been possible to harmoniously integrate these recovered elements with the sanitary facilities, taps and tiles of the bathrooms, achieving a result with its own personality.

In this house the kitchen plays a leading role, and in this case the Fine model has been chosen, Platform D, in Olmo Claro Vertical de Santos in a U distribution with low furniture in which stand out the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea through the windows. To enhance natural light and provide freshness, the countertop has been chosen in a clear tone and appliances also in white finish.

The result is a bright, welcoming and personality that integrates perfectly with its environment.
