Purchasing and Invoicing Technician

At FERRER COSTA Group, we are looking to incorporate a Purchasing and Invoicing Technician to strengthen our team.

What We Are Looking For

  • An organized, solution-oriented, and responsible person

  • Good level of English (other languages will be considered an advantage)

  • Good command of ERP systems, Excel, and IT tools

  • Knowledge of international trade (Intrastat, Incoterms, and VAT types)

  • Higher education qualification, diploma, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Managing supplier purchase price lists

  • Administration of purchase and sales items (packaging, Intrastat, weights, locations, etc.)

  • Management of Incoterms and VAT types

  • Sales invoicing and related documentation (Intrastat, customs, etc.)

  • Reviewing documentation and resolving invoicing issues
