At FERRER COSTA Group, we are looking to incorporate a Purchasing and Invoicing Technician to strengthen our team.
What We Are Looking For

An organized, solution-oriented, and responsible person

Good level of English (other languages will be considered an advantage)

Good command of ERP systems, Excel, and IT tools
-
Knowledge of international trade (Intrastat, Incoterms, and VAT types)
-
Higher education qualification, diploma, or similar
Responsibilities
-
Managing supplier purchase price lists
-
Administration of purchase and sales items (packaging, Intrastat, weights, locations, etc.)
-
Management of Incoterms and VAT types
-
Sales invoicing and related documentation (Intrastat, customs, etc.)
-
Reviewing documentation and resolving invoicing issues
